Cabal worked fine, for days. Run it this morning, GameGuard error.... restart game or PC. Killed all processes, no go. Total Commander, firefox, uTorrent, logitech, every damned thing i had running was killed and no go. Installed nothing, but now it wont work. Then i got the idea..i updated AVG and scanned the GG folder, since a clan member reported some problems like trojans in it, well GG folder is clear...but Cabal is out of order. Now we are getting somewhere, killed all AVG processes in Task Manager, still no go, and my AVG is always unloaded, i only load it up for a system scan and then quit it. So i killed resident sys. protection, (turned it of in AVG properties) tried Cabal, and now it works.
So, anyone using AVG, and having latest update, you are screwed....turn of resident system protection, and it that doesn't work, uninstall AVG. Or wait a few months until the idiots behind GG soft fix this idiocy.
